Captain von Trapp, his housekeeper and his butler.

Maria will look after Captain von Trapp's seven children. Brigitta is off reading a book!

The captain treats his children as if they were in the navy by signalling them with a whistle.

Life will be different with Maria

Doh, a deer, a female deer ....the song where they learn to sing!

Tee ... a drink with jam and bread!

Lisyl is in love with Rolf.

Maria discusses dress material with the housekeeper.

Evening prayers are interrupted when Lisyl sneaks in from seeing Rolf.

The rest of the children join them because they're scared by the noise of the storm.

Maria distracts them with "The Lonely Goatherd" song!

This song involves a lot of choreography!

Maria and the children will have lots of time to get to know each other because the captain is leaving for Vienna.
