Weight Room

When Ms. Kirby volunteered to work with teachers for two lunch hours each week, she got a great response.


Two weight-room hopefuls fill out their training plan.

A toning or strengthening program affects the number of repetitions and weights required.

   
Ms. Kirby agreed to demonstrate the equipment.


That way, those of us who are new to a weight room can learn by the photos posted on the wall.
